XMi Association Management is a division of XMi Holdings Inc., a diversified business services and outsourcing company. Since 1986, XMi Holdings Inc. has a solid record of success in building and maintaining business relationships. XMi provides a unique expertise for businesses and organizations as they develop an immediate infrastructure through utilizing a strategy of shared services to rapidly enhance profitability. By carefully evaluating a business’ needs, XMi can build a program that offers the processes, tools and management skill sets needed to meet the company’s objectives.
XMI Holdings is comprised of divisions and operating subsidiaries with full-service profit and non-profit management contracts.
XMi Association Management was acquired in 1999 and has proven success for our clients by employing a similar business model as our parent company. Originally created around state and national veterinary associations, XMi Association Management has expanded into serving a wider array of disciplines. We choose not to bid on every proposal we see, but only those that follow our like-minded entrepreneurial spirit and in keeping with our business model. We relish the energy in providing the platform by which association volunteers can focus on the mission of the organization and not just on its business.
As a division within a larger company, we leverage all of our resources based on the full volume of the company. On doing so, we provide significant financial benefits an organization might otherwise not be able to secure.
