Management Approach
Our approach: We employ a simple organizational structure, favoring supplemental service providers over burdensome overhead.
Each of our clients is assigned an Executive staff member (subject to the client’s approval of the actual staff member assigned) as well as a dedicated Administrative Assistant. Together, their focus provides an efficient, effective delivery of the day-to-day business with a vision towards the development of programs and special projects.
The work of any supplementary service provider is to supply their expertise only when needed. Even in a multi-client environment, many services and products are used for very specific occasions. By hiring these services on an as-needed basis, XMi relieves our clients of large overhead fees for occupancy and staffing costs associated with use of this specific equipment and technical specialists. The resulting delivery structure offers both a highly qualified staff to provide management expertise and oversight as well as individual experts to meet our client’s best interests.
