Each staff member is provided a laptop with up-to-date applications and operating systems for efficient operations. These computers are utilized by the staff person both in the home office but also at meetings and conventions. Besides the usual applications (word processing, accounting and small database applications), we utilize many programs available through the internet. With the fast pace of technology advancements, we have found that specifically chosen web-based applications are readily available to meet specific needs at affordable costs. These fees are generally incorporated under your management fees.
Our professionally equipped offices include an IPO telephone system with direct lines for exclusive use by individual clients for personalized service, copier/printers and binding equipment for professional quality production in black/white and color, mass mailing equipment for in-house efficiencies, AV equipment for client use at affordable fees and our onsite technical partner, XMi Technology.
