Staff are trained to communicate regularly, promptly and frequently with clients in accordance to their needs. All personnel have dedicated office space and equipment, including up-to-date telephone voicemail and email communication. All staff are required to participate in staff meetings in which every client is reviewed to address events, seek management solutions and assure consistent follow-through on work projects. All staff assigned to a client organization are detailed in the organization’s agreement. Any staff changes are appropriately discussed with the association’s leadership prior to making any changes. However, the association remains sufficiently uninvolved so as not to confuse the employer-employee relationship or become exposed to the liabilities related to that relationship.
