XMi Association Management has full-time employees dedicated to association management, as well as a selection of part-time and independent contractors for specific expertise.

Our company is structured to provide each client one individual to serve as its point of contact and administrator of the association's account. Depending upon the contract, we can offer an Executive Director, Account Executive or Account Manager. These individuals are supported by other team members as required by the scope of services. Team members include an office manager, database manager, member relations, webmaster, graphics designer, meetings director and accountants.

All staff members have extensive knowledge in their fields of expertise. We maintain a fixed belief that all staff should regularly pursue continuing professional development.
