XMi Association Management has full-time employees dedicated to association management, as well as a selection of part-time and independent contractors for specific expertise. XMi believes and practices the team approach to association management. Our staff are carefully selected based on the client’s scope of service and requirements to assure the professional skill level is achieved.

We believe the synergy between client and management is the key to success. Our primary objective to build a positive relationship built on open communication. To facilitate national and global reach, we staff our offices early to late every day and offer response to any inquiry within 24 business hours.

In addition to job skills, every member of the XMI Association Management staff team is selected with the following intrinsic qualities:

With the leadership and professional support of the XMi Association Management President and key executive staff, the key team members include:

Staff are trained to communicate regularly, promptly and frequently with clients in accordance to their needs. All personnel have dedicated office space and equipment, including up-to-date telephone voicemail and email communication. All staff are required to participate in staff meetings in which every client is reviewed to address events, seek management solutions and assure consistent follow-through on work projects.

All staff assigned to a client organization are detailed in the organization’s agreement. Any staff changes are appropriately discussed with the association’s leadership prior to making any changes. However, the association remains sufficiently uninvolved so as not to confuse the employer-employee relationship or become exposed to the liabilities related to that relationship.
